Did you know, a Child cannot take a claim for Personal Injuries until they turn 18. However, a parent or next friend may pursue a claim on their behalf. Because of this rule, the Statute of Limitations allows for a case to be struck out against a minor 2 years from the date the child turns 18. However, where you believe a child has a claim do not delay in seeking legal advice.
